Former Polish national team goalkeeper Jan Tomaszewski said that 36-year-old striker Robert Lewandowski should leave Barcelona. Sport24.az reports that he told Mundo Deportivo about this:
"Let's face it, this is the end. Robert is no longer so popular in the team and Barcelona players don't pass him the ball. Robert should end his career at this club right now and go to a less demanding team. For example, to Saudi Arabia, where the best players in the world go, with the exception of Messi.
Of course, Lewandowski has the right to stay. But he must understand that he will be on the bench next season."
It should be noted that the Polish forward played 52 games in all tournaments last season, scored 42 goals and made 3 assists. The footballer's current contract with the club is valid until the summer of 2026.
