The Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium has been officially accepted as a member of the European Stadium and Safety Management Association (ESSMA).
According to "Report", this membership will be beneficial for the stadium to join international experience exchange, improve in security, management and other areas.
ESSMA also made a post on its official page regarding the membership.
The post also noted that the stadium, with a capacity of 31,200 spectators, where the Azerbaijan national football team and "Qarabağ" club play their home games, is the first arena in the world named after a football referee.
