According to the official website of the American club, 29-year-old German striker Timo Werner has moved from RB Leipzig to MLS club San Jose Earthquakes.
Idman.Biz reports that the striker's contract runs until June 2028.
Werner has played three games for RB Leipzig this season but has not scored. He previously played on loan for Tottenham Hotspur, failing to score in 18 games last season but providing three assists. Transfermarkt estimates his transfer value at 3 million euros.
Werner is Leipzig's all-time top scorer, with 113 goals in 216 games for the team.
