Former footballer, now known as a football expert, Thierry Henry has predicted the player who will win the 2026 Ballon d'Or.
Idman.biz reports with reference to CBS Sports that, according to Henry, Kylian Mbappe is the main candidate for this award.
"Mbappe can do it with the game he showed this season. His self-confidence has increased, he has lost weight, regained his speed and become more agile. He is not a classic "number nine", but his productivity is at the level of a striker. These factors allowed him to see his new abilities," Henry said.
It should be noted that in 2025 the Ballon d'Or was won by PSG winger Usman Dembele.
