Italian club "Napoli" and English club "Liverpool" want to add Kevin De Bruyne to their squads, whose contract with "Manchester City" expires at the end of the season.

"[President] De Laurentiis' club has started negotiations with the aim of bringing Kevin De Bruyne to Italy. The Belgian midfielder's contract with "City" is expiring, and the English club has already officially announced that it will not extend his contract," the Italian TV channel announced.
However, according to the TV channel, "Liverpool" is also among those who want to transfer the midfielder, which indicates that the Neapolitans will have to wage a "tough fight" for the player.
