The Bilasuvar city stadium has been in a neglected state for a long time. Sport24.az reports that residents of the region informed Oxu.az about this.
According to them, the situation in the arena is getting worse:
"The stadium seats are broken, and the auxiliary building next to the field is unusable. The grass cover is completely out of order. The stadium was put into operation in 1998, but since then, almost no major repairs have been carried out. This seriously hinders the development of sports in the region."
The representative office of the Bilasuvar District Executive Authority for the city administrative territorial district stated that they are aware of the condition of the stadium:
"Major repairs of the stadium have been included in the project plan for next year."
