Liverpool has organized a holiday for the fans and coaching staff - the Merseysiders have spared no money on transfers this summer.

According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, the Reds paid Bayer 125 million euros for Florian Wirtz, who Bayern has been chasing for months. The pharmacists received another 40 million euros from Liverpool for Jeremie Frimpong, and Bournemouth earned approximately 47 million euros for Milos Kerkez's transfer to Anfield.

But that wasn't enough for the Merseysiders! Liverpool bought Hugo Ekitike from Eintracht, and the club will pay 95 million euros for his transfer, including bonuses. 

According to LiveScore, the Reds have already spent 309 million euros in the summer, which is more than any other club.

Chelsea is in second place in terms of spending, with the Londoners already having spent 244 million euros. Their most expensive purchase was Jamie Gittens, for whom Borussia Dortmund received approximately 65 million euros.

Real Madrid completes the top three of the summer, spending 168 million euros, with the Whites spending the most on Dean Huijsen - 63 million euros to Bournemouth. Manchester clubs are also in the top five: Manchester United (most expensive purchase - Brian Mbemo for 75 million euros) and Manchester City (most expensive purchase - Teyani Reijnders for 55 million euros).
