Hacıosmanoğlu responded to the news that had been circulating for a long time that the head coach of the national team, Italian Vincenzo Montella, would receive Turkish citizenship, and confirmed these claims.
"We will make Vincenzo Montella a Turkish citizen as soon as possible," said the TFF president.
The Italian coach, who has played 24 games with the Turkish national team so far, has 13 wins, 4 draws, and 7 losses.
