Barcelona's goalkeeper and captain, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, is close to returning to the field after a long break.
Idman.Biz, citing sport.es, reports that the 33-year-old German goalkeeper is in the final stages of recovery after suffering a back injury in July.
Ter Stegen has already started individual training at the Catalan club's base and is expected to be fully ready by the end of November. After recovering, the German footballer will await the leadership's decision regarding his future. Possible options include a winter loan or a transfer to another club.
It should be noted that ter Stegen's contract with Barcelona is valid until the summer of 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is 8 million euros.
