The Istanbul giant has agreed on the terms of a personal contract with ter Stegen. The transfer will take place if "Barcelona" does not demand a high amount of compensation.
It should be noted that Mark Andre ter Stegen has been playing for "Barcelona" since the summer of 2014. The 33-year-old goalkeeper, a member of the German national team, participated in 9 official matches for the Catalan team last season.
