Both matches will start at 20:00 Baku time.
The Gibraltar - Latvia match on March 26 ended 0:1, and the Malta - Luxembourg match ended 0:2.
It should be noted that the winner of the Gibraltar - Latvia match will play in the second group of League C, and the loser will play in the first group of League D. The winner of the Malta - Luxembourg match will play in the fourth group of League C, and the loser will compete in the first group of League D.
