Takuto Oshima, the footballer of Romania's Universitatea (Craiova) club to whom Neftchi sent an offer, has rejected it.
Idman.biz reports that he preferred an Armenian club.
The midfielder has reached an agreement with Noah, the latest champion of that country. It is reported that the team management paid 350,000 euros to the other side for the transfer of the 27-year-old Japanese player.
A few days ago, the Romanian press published information about Neftchi requesting 500,000 euros for the player.
It should be noted that Oshima scored only 1 goal in 39 matches he participated in last season.
