Villarreal is close to keeping Tajon Buchanan, who they took on loan from Inter. Sport24.az reports that the "Yellow Submarine" has reached an agreement with the Italian club for the transfer of the Canadian midfielder.
This was reported by insider Fabrizio Romano.
Villarreal will pay 9 million euros in compensation for Buchanan. Inter will receive a 20 percent share of the 26-year-old footballer's next sale.
It should be noted that Villarreal took Tajon Buchanan on loan in February of this year. The Canadian international has scored 1 goal and 2 assists in 13 official matches for the La Liga side.
