The Main Department for Combating Cybercrime (MDCC) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted another operational-technical measure against the illegal online sale of tickets for the "Qarabag" - "Ajax" football match to be held on December 10 at the Tofig Bahramov stadium in the next stage of the Champions League.
Idman.Biz reports that Shahin Mammadov and Huseyn Guliyev, who had previously purchased tickets online and from points of sale, and then wanted to sell them at a higher price than their value on various pages on social networks, as well as in the "black market", were detained.
Appropriate measures have been taken against these individuals.
In a statement, the Ministry of Internal Affairs once again advised citizens who want to watch sports competitions in the stadium to purchase tickets only at official points of sale, as well as by ordering QR or electronic tickets online.
It should be noted that people who face fraud related to the sale of fake tickets on social networks can report this to the police.
