The "Opta Sports" supercomputer has updated the championship probabilities for the 2025/26 season of the English Premier League.
Idman.biz reports that after the games of the VII round, "Arsenal" is in the first place according to the probability of leadership.
On October 4, the "Gunners" defeated "West Ham" with a score of 2:0, while "Liverpool" lost to "Chelsea" 1:2. These results allowed "Arsenal" to rise to the first place in the tournament table and surpass the Merseyside club.
According to "Opta", "Arsenal"'s probability of becoming a champion is 41.58%. "Liverpool"'s chance is 35.74%, "Manchester City"'s 10.74%, "Crystal Palace"'s 4.77%, and "Chelsea"'s 2.02%.
Among other teams, "Bournemouth" (1.25%), "Newcastle" (1.07%), "Tottenham" (0.98%) and "Manchester United" (0.08%) have less chance.
