Sunderland has signed a new contract with defender Daniel Ballard. Sport24.az reports with reference to the club's official website that the new agreement is valid until the summer of 2029.
The 26-year-old Northern Irish footballer has been playing for Sunderland since July 2022. In the current season, he has scored 2 goals and provided 2 assists in 25 appearances.
It should be noted that during his career, Ballard has played for clubs such as Millwall, Blackpool, and Swindon Town, where he was loaned from Arsenal. The Transfermarkt portal estimates his transfer value at 16 million euros.
