Sumgayit has scored its 200th away goal in the top division of the Azerbaijan championships. Sport24.az reports with reference to the PFL that this coincided with the VI round of the Misli Premier League.
Rustam Ahmadzada, who distinguished himself in the match against Sabah (1:1), became the author of the jubilee goal. The 200th away goal was recorded in the 221st match on the opponent's field. Sumgayit is the 9th team in the history of the tournament to score at least 200 away goals.
It should be noted that the author of the first goal of Sumgayit's namesake in the Premier League, also away, was Eshgin Guliyev. He scored on August 6, 2011 in an away match against Khazar Lankaran (1:2)
