"Sumgayit" has faced a serious loss. Sport24.az reports that the team's leading footballer, Aleksa Jankovic, has been suspended.
This was due to the 25-year-old winger receiving a yellow card in the 10th round match of the Misli Premier League against "Araz-Nakhchivan" (3:2), which they won.
The Serbian player will have to miss the next match in the championship because he has faced this situation for the fourth time this season.
It should be noted that "Sumgayit" will be visiting "Gabala" in the 11th round on November 7. Jankovic has been on the field in all Premier League matches this season.
