"Sumgayit" scored its 200th away goal in the top division of the Azerbaijani championships.
"Report" reports, citing the official website of the Professional Football League, that this happened in the 6th round of the Misli Premier League.
Rustam Ahmadzada, who scored in the match against "Sabah" (1:1), became the author of the jubilee goal. The 200th away goal was recorded in the 221st match on the opponent's field. "Sumgayit" is the 9th team in the history of the tournament to score at least 200 away goals.
It should be noted that the author of the first goal of Sumgayit's namesake in the Premier League, also away, was Eshgin Guliyev. He scored on August 6, 2011, in an away match against "Khazar Lankaran" (1:2).
