Sumgayit President Riad Rafiyev has successfully completed the Executive Leadership Programme, a joint project of the European Football Clubs (EFC) and Harvard Business School. According to Sport24.az, this program, designed for highly qualified football managers, focuses on developing leadership, strategic decision-making, and innovative management skills.
The teaching process is based on Harvard Business School's famous case-study methodology, providing participants with practical knowledge through real business and football industry examples.
Within the program, participants attended intensive sessions at the Harvard campus in Boston, USA, as well as online classes and a final stage held in Europe.
The program's award ceremony took place in Paris, at the Parc des Princes stadium.
It should be noted that this program is the first joint project of EFC and Harvard Business School. Top managers from PSG, Manchester City, Chelsea, Juventus, Newcastle, Monaco, Fenerbahce, Real Betis, and other European clubs participated in the first training process.
