The surgery took place in the midfielder's homeland, Israel.
The player was diagnosed with a complete rupture of the Achilles tendon to the heel. Roi Kehat will start a phased rehabilitation process with the assistance of a physiotherapist in approximately 1 month.
He will not be able to help the team at least until the end of the season.
