Fans of "Sumgayit" Football Club have harshly criticized the team's performance in recent years on social media, expressing dissatisfaction with the results. They raised the question "Where is the allocated funds being spent?" and called on the club's management to provide the public with more open and transparent information regarding the use of financial resources.
The fans also noted that the same problems have persisted in the club for years and that the transfer policy also does not satisfy them.
Regarding the issue, Idman.Biz received a statement from "Sumgayit" Football Club.
The club stated that the financial report is public and anyone can see it on the website:
"The club's financial report is published openly once a year, submitted to AFFA and UEFA, and posted on our official website. Anyone who wishes can visit the site and review the annual report".
It should be noted that the team is currently in 6th place in the league table with 31 points after 22 games in the Premier League.
