It has been claimed on social networks that the "Sumgayit" football club does not pay its players' salaries on time.
Zaur Khudiyev, the press secretary of the "chemists", who gave a statement to Idman.Biz about the issue, said that these writings are absurd and unfounded news.
He regrets that this is the nth time he has to deny such news about them:
"What's even more unfortunate is that correct and accurate information is not conveyed to the public. We believe that both our fans and the football community should only know the truth".
Zaur Khudiyev stated that the players' salaries are paid on time and in full.
"The club has no salary debt to the players and there can be no question of any deductions or penalties at all," he added.
