"Before last season ended, I was talking to my manager about "Karvan". Then I received an offer from the club." These words were said by "Karvan"'s new transfer Suleyman Ahmadov in his statement to Sport24.az.
The 26-year-old defender spoke about his new club:
"The main reason I chose "Karvan" is to be part of the team returning to the Premier League after years. I will try to be useful to the team. After years, "Karvan"'s return to the elite will be a holiday for everyone, especially for Yevlakh fans. Their support is important to us. The re-formation of the squad will take time. For this, we local football players must support our legionnaires. We want to create a more enthusiastic team. I believe we can do it."
It should be noted that "Karvan" took third place in the I League in the 2024/2025 season and qualified for the Premier League.
