A Strategic Communications seminar was organized in Baku by the UEFA National Associations Communications Department within the UEFA Grow program to help national associations realize their potential.
"Report" reports with reference to the official website of AFFA that the two-day event discussed the importance of strategic communication, auditing of stakeholders and assessment of team potential, strengthening the image and reputation of AFFA, planning strategic priorities from a communication point of view, identifying target audiences, and forming key messages.
Within the framework of the seminar, communication approaches for AFFA and Azerbaijan, which host international tournaments, organization, promotion and legacy communication of the tournament were discussed. In addition, interactive group works were organized for the participants, opinions were exchanged on relevant topics and practical approaches were discussed. During group discussions, local experience, international approaches and development opportunities were the main focus.
