Statement from Sarkhan Hajiyev regarding the participation of our U-20 team in the World Championship

Preparations are underway in Azerbaijan for the organization of the U-20 World Cup.

Idman.Biz reports that this was stated by AFFA Executive Vice President Sarkhan Hajiyev at a press conference.

The AFFA official said that our U-20 team will participate in the tournament as the host country. S.Hajiyev also recalled that Portuguese specialist Rui Jorge was appointed as the head coach of the team, and added that one of his assistants will be a local coach.
