Start date of the new Premier League season announced

The start date of the 2025/2026 season in the Azerbaijan Premier League has been determined. Sport24.az reports that this was announced by the press service of the Professional Football League (PFL).

 

According to the decision of the organization, the new season will start on August 15. 12 teams will compete in the new season. The teams will determine the winners in 33 rounds over 3 rounds.

 

It should be noted that the last winner of the Premier League was "Qarabag", the champion of the 2024/25 season.
