Stadium change for "Araz-Nakhchivan" home games

"Liv Bona Dea Arena", where "Araz-Nakhchivan" plays its home games, has been closed for major repairs until November 30.

"Report" reports that the press service of the Professional Football League has released information about this.

In this regard, the Professional Football League (PFL) needed to make changes to the Premier League calendar.

In accordance with the requirements of the regulations, the PFL demanded that the "Araz-Nakhchivan" club provide an alternative stadium, and in parallel, the general condition of the country's stadiums was analyzed. In order to ensure the same conditions for the rivals, the stadiums located in Baku and surrounding areas where the club plays its home games were reviewed.

As a result of the assessment, "Bank Respublika Arena" and Sumgayit city stadium named after Mehdi Huseynzade were identified as the most suitable options. Taking into account the schedule of local and international games, the match of the IX round of the Misli Premier League "Araz-Nakhchivan" - "Sabah" will be held at "Bank Respublika Arena", and the matches of the XI round "Araz-Nakhchivan" - "Karvan-Yevlakh" and the XII round "Araz-Nakhchivan" - "Turan Tovuz" will be held at Sumgayit city stadium named after Mehdi Huseynzade.

It should be noted that there are no changes in the dates and start times of the games.
