The current Spanish Minister of Sports, José Rodríguez Uribes, has made a statement regarding the final match of the 2030 World Cup.
İdman.Biz reports that the minister stated that the most correct decision would be to hold the final match in Spain, at the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium.
"The 2030 World Cup final should take place in Spain, and the "Santiago Bernabeu" is the ideal stadium for this game. I have said this many times, but FIFA will make the final decision only in 2029," said Uribes.
It should be noted that the 2030 World Cup will be co-hosted by Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.
