Former head coach of the Italian national team, Luciano Spalletti, has responded to reports about his possible appointment to Juventus after Igor Tudor's dismissal.
"If necessary, I would be happy to talk about Juventus, and I want to speak in favor of Tudor. He is a real man and a serious person who is true to his values. I have seen how he works, and he has always impressed me as a person who can deeply penetrate a person's soul. Whoever replaces Tudor will be lucky because he will take over a well-coordinated team. But I feel sorry for Igor. I am currently the least suitable person to talk about Juventus," Spalletti told Sky Sport.
Idman.Biz reports that Spalletti has previously coached Roma, Inter, Napoli, and the Italian national team.
On October 27, Juventus announced the resignation of head coach Igor Tudor, who has been with the club since March 2025.
Juventus has scored 12 points after eight games in Serie A this season and is eighth in the standings.
