Luciano Spalletti, the new head coach of Juventus, spoke about his player Kenan Yildiz. Sport24.az reports that the specialist praised the 20-year-old striker.
He compared the Turkish national team member with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (PSG) and Antonio Di Natale (former player of the Italian national team and Juventus):
"I asked Kenan what position he preferred to play in, and he said in the center, on the left flank, or a little further forward.
Maybe Kenan Yildiz would have difficulty when asked to run 100 meters back, but in modern football, playing defense is normal. He is ready to take the field today.
Kenan Yildiz reminds me of Kvaratskhelia and Antonio Di Natale in some of his technical skills. He is one of the players who shows incredible results in both training and matches."
It should be noted that Kenan Yildiz has been playing for the Turin representative since 2023. His team will face Sporting today in the 4th round of the Champions League League stage. The meeting will start at 00:00 Baku time.
