South Korean national team captain Son Heung-min commented on his move to "Los Angeles". Sport24.az reports that the 33-year-old winger, speaking to the club's press service, said he was proud to join the US club:
"I am incredibly proud to join "Los Angeles", which has great ambitions in one of the most famous sports cities in the world. "Los Angeles" has a rich championship history, and I am here to help write the next chapter. I am excited for a new challenge in MLS. I have come to "Los Angeles" to win trophies, I will give all my strength to this club, our fans, and the city. I can't wait to get started."
He signed a contract with the US club until December 31, 2027.
