American rapper Snoop Dogg has become the co-owner and investor of "Swansea City".
Idman.biz reports that this was announced by the press service of the Welsh club.
In a statement, Snoop said he would do everything he could to help the team succeed: "My love for football is well known, but becoming the owner of Swansea City is especially special for me. The history of the club impressed me a lot. It's a proud city and a working-class club. They are underestimated, but they fight like me. I am proud to be a part of Swansea City. I will do everything I can to help the club and look forward to meeting all the fans."
It should be noted that the team finished 11th in the English Championship in the 2024/2025 season.
