Silence in Turkish Championship in memory of Mircea Lucescu

Matches in the Turkish championships held between April 8-13 will begin with a minute of silence. Sport24.az reports that the Turkish Football Federation's press service has released this information.

 

The silence will be dedicated to the memory of Romanian coach Mircea Lucescu, who passed away yesterday.

 

Lucescu worked as a coach at "Galatasaray", "Beşiktaş" clubs and the Turkish national team. He most recently managed the Romanian national team. The expert passed away yesterday at the age of 80.
