The regional representative faced this situation for violating the requirements of the Statute in the game with "Khankendi".
It was reported that the "Shamkir" team received a technical defeat of 0:3 (articles 58.3, 77.1, 88, 94) because it violated the requirements of the Statute by not providing information about the uniform in which it would play, ignoring the requirements of the AFFA representative, the Professional Football League (PFL), refusing to hold the match with various excuses, and not appearing at the game time announced by the representative and referees appointed by the PFL.
