"Shamakhi" club, which was fined a total of 4,500 manats due to the events in the match with "Kapaz" in the VIII round of the Misli Premier League, will not appeal to the Appeal Arbitration Tribunal.
This was stated to "Report" by the club's press secretary Yusif Huseyn.
The club official also stated that there was no discussion within the club regarding the clothing issue:
"There will be no appeal regarding Abdullahi Shuaybu. There was no discussion within the club regarding the clothing issue. Because the team was lined up in the hallway in the same form as always. After the referees' warning, the problem was solved right there, without the team returning to the dressing room. That day, there was an award ceremony for two of our players by the Professional Football League. Usually, when there are such events, the AFFA representative informs about the event at the meeting held before the game. However, we were not informed about the event and the exit from the dressing room at the meeting."
It should be noted that A.Shuaybu was disqualified for 3 games for receiving a direct red card in the 44th minute of the match against "Kapaz" for aggressive behavior. "Shamakhi" was fined 3,000 manats for his action. Also, both clubs were fined 1,500 manats because the match started late due to the elimination of the inconsistency in the uniforms.
