Azerbaijan national team and "Qarabag" club goalkeeper Shahrudin Mahammadaliyev may continue his career in Turkey again. According to Sport24.az, the 30-year-old goalkeeper has been offered to "Kocaelispor", which qualified for the Super League.
His contract with the Aghdam representative expires at the end of the season.
"Kocaelispor" management is interested in players who have played in Turkey before and made a name for themselves here. Shahrudin Mahammadaliyev is also on the list.
Other goalkeepers on the list are Angus Gunn, who left "Norwich", Alireza Beiranvand, the goalkeeper of "Traktor", a representative of Tabriz, and the famous Portuguese goalkeeper Rui Patrisio.
It should be noted that Shahrudin Mahammadaliyev wore the uniform of "Adana Demirspor" club in Turkey in the 2023/2024 season. He played in 25 matches.
