He shared his thoughts on our team's friendly match against Hungary. The experienced specialist stated that the match was memorable for a number of positive aspects: "The national team played more enthusiastic and determined football in this game. The players tried to put pressure on the opponent throughout the game. How much they succeeded is a secondary matter. This match was very different from the game in Latvia in a good way. Hungary is one of the distinguished teams in Europe. It has enough qualified players in its squad. Despite this, the national team fought to the end. They showed a better game than against Latvia. This indicates both the formation of the squad to a certain extent and the establishment of the team's game. There was motivation, desire, and determination in this match. However, it is well known that motivation alone is not enough for victory. In my opinion, if the game we saw yesterday improves, we can achieve better results."
It should be noted that the Hungarian national team won in Baku with a score of 2:1.
