Sergio Conceicao will be appointed as the new head coach of Al-Ittihad. Sport24.az reports that the Foot Mercato portal has reported this.
According to the source, the 50-year-old Portuguese will travel to Saudi Arabia in the coming days to sign a contract.
Conceicao worked at Milan from December 2024 to June 2025. He has also been "at the helm" of clubs such as Porto, Nantes, and Braga.
It should be noted that on September 28, Al-Ittihad announced the termination of the contract with head coach Laurent Blanc. The French specialist had been in charge of Al-Ittihad since July 2024.
