The match between Benin and Senegal in the 3rd round of the Africa Cup of Nations group stage has ended.
Idman.Biz reports that the game took place at the "Stade Ibn Battouta" stadium. The match ended 3:0 in favor of Senegal.
Defender Abdoulaye Seck opened the scoring in the 38th minute. Midfielder Habib Diallo increased Senegal's lead in the 62nd minute. In the 90+7th minute, midfielder Cherif Ndiaye completed the score by scoring a goal from a penalty.
After three group stage games, Senegal has seven points and is first in Group D. Benin has three points and is third. The Democratic Republic of Congo and Botswana are also in this group.
