The next seminar within the framework of the "Tofiq Bahramov – 100: Fair Play Legacy" project was organized in the administrative building of AFFA.
İdman.Biz reports that young referees, veteran football players, international referees and representatives of the sports community participated in the event.
The main purpose of the seminar was to inform young referees about the successes of Tofiq Bahramov and our other international referees and to motivate them to achieve greater success in the future. A book about Tofiq Bahramov was presented to young referees.
Gulaga Jabbarov, chairman of the Azerbaijan Football Referees Public Union, spoke at the seminar and talked about the rich legacy of the legendary referee Tofiq Bahramov, his contributions to Azerbaijani and world football, and also informed the participants about modern football rules and refereeing. Project manager Rauf Jabbarov, in turn, emphasized the importance of the work done to keep the name of Tofiq Bahramov alive.
International referee Asim Khudiyev, FIFA referees Aliyar Agayev and Rahim Hasanov, as well as national referee Jeyhun Hashimov also spoke at the event and shared their thoughts and memories about Tofiq Bahramov.
During the event, a presentation of a booklet dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Tofiq Bahramov was held.
It should be noted that the project is implemented by the Azerbaijan Football Referees Public Union with the financial support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations.
