The "Neftchi" - "Liman" match in the second round of the AFFA High Women's League was remembered for a scandal.
Idman.Biz reports that in the 12th minute of the match held at the "Palms Sport Arena", Joshguna Aliyeva, a member of "Neftchi" and the Azerbaijani national team, punched her opponent Malak Hajiyeva.
After the incident, the head referee showed C. Aliyeva a straight red card and removed her from the field.
It should be noted that the match ended with a 2:0 victory for "Neftchi".
