A rare incident occurred before the semi-final match of the Indian Super Cup between "Goa" and "Mumbai City".
İdman.Biz reports that Goa captain Iker Guarrotxena received a red card before the teams even entered the field.
The incident happened while the players were lining up in the tunnel. The referee told I. Guarrotxena that his blue underwear did not comply with the rules of the game and demanded that he change it.
I. Guarrotxena's response was considered dissent and he was shown a straight red card.
Goa head coach Manolo Marquez said he was expecting the matter to be resolved, but learned two minutes later that their captain had been sent off.
