The match ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of "Sumgayit".
"We made a lot of mistakes. You can't play like this in the championship. Young players have potential. I trust each of them. I believe that there will be results in the future. It is normal for them to make mistakes," Ilic added.
The head coach called the AFFA Disciplinary Committee's decision to give him a 4-match ban a "very harsh decision": "I didn't kill anyone. I think a two-match ban would be enough. It was a very emotional game. I said some words in Serbian. My words were not addressed to anyone. After the game, I met with the head coach of "Shamakhi" and we resolved this issue."
