"Sumgayit" will fight for better results next season.
According to "Report", the team's newly appointed head coach Saša Ilić stated this at a press conference.
The Serbian specialist spoke about his appointment:
"We had a meeting with club representatives in Belgrade. Then we signed a one-year contract. I received some information about Azerbaijani football from the players who play here. Especially from Serbian and Montenegrin players. I have information about Azerbaijani football."
He announced the team's goal:
"We will fight for better results next season. Currently, the main goal is to build a playing style and form a team. Then we will think about the results. We have set the goal of European Cups for the next season. But first of all, the team must be formed for this."
It should be noted that "Sumgayit" signed a one-year contract with S.Ilić yesterday.
