Saša Ilić, the head coach of "Sumgayit", commented on the defeat to the Hungarian club "Paks" (1:5) in the first friendly match of the training camp in Turkey.
According to Idman.Biz, the coach emphasized that the final score is not the main factor in such games.
"The result is not important in such matches. The score in friendly games does not bother us. There were enough young players on the field. The goals conceded were mainly the result of individual mistakes. We will work on this," said Ilić.
The coach also touched upon the current level of preparation of the team.
"We have only been training for four or five days. Young players need experience and we give them this opportunity. Some foreign players joined the camp later, so it is too early to talk about their optimal form," said the coach of "Sumgayit".
