Italian international Sandro Tonali has decided to extend his contract with the English club Newcastle, which supported him during his ban from football due to betting.
"Report" reports with reference to "Telegraph" that the 25-year-old midfielder was suspended from football for 10 months for betting.
However, the Premier League representative's sporting director Dan Ashworth and head coach Eddie Howe did not spare their support for the player instead of punishing him. For this reason, he agreed to extend his contract with the English representative until 2030.
It should be noted that the Italian player was transferred from Milan in October 2023 for 59 million euros.
