- I owe it to my players to say "thank you". They suffered a lot, they ran. They tried to do good things. We lost points in the game with "Turan Tovuz", we were dominant even when we were 10 people. We were asking ourselves, how will this game be? Today we saw a team playing better. We had losses. Despite this, I was very pleased with football, with the game we played. I understand our fans. If there is no result, maybe the words spoken are not accepted. Everyone was expecting a win in the first game. I understand. We can prepare a team for games without stress and pressure. - That issue remained incomprehensible to me. The referee saw the episode and immediately gave a penalty. Why did VAR intervene? The ball was going into the goal, the player was blocking it with his hand. There was no one behind the opponent player. There was also Vargas' episode. At least one of the two was a penalty. I can say with certainty that if it had been in our goal, a 100 percent penalty would have been given.
- Is there a specific player you want to bring?
- Our work has not stopped. We are always searching. I have taken all the transfers upon myself. We are always looking. I can't mention specific names. There are players we are looking at. It's not a word said to relax you, people. I believe something will come out.
