Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah will leave the club as a free agent at the end of the season, despite having a contract valid until the summer of 2027.
Idman.Biz reports that journalist Ben Jacobs has reported this.
According to the source, the Reds have agreed to terminate the 33-year-old footballer's contract. This is similar to what happened with former head coach Jurgen Klopp, who left the club in 2024, despite having a contract until 2026.
Salah and Liverpool announced on Tuesday, March 24, that they would be parting ways at the end of the season. The Egyptian winger has been playing for the Merseysiders since 2017.
