"Sabah", which plays in the Azerbaijan championship, is preparing to part ways with head coach Vasili Berezutski.
Idman.biz reports, citing TaToTake, that the capital club is in negotiations with Ukrainian specialist Ruslan Rotan.
It is reported that Rotan, who leads "Oleksandriya" in his country, visited Baku yesterday at the invitation of "Sabah". The 43-year-old specialist, who is considered the best coach of Ukraine in the 2024/25 season, discussed future plans with the "owls". He is expected to lead the team.
It should be noted that "Sabah" finished 5th in the Azerbaijan Misli Premier League. The team will face "Agdam Karabakh" in the final of the Azerbaijan Cup on May 31.
